We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to fraud concerns, inventory issues, or errors, with full refunds issued when applicable. Shipping times are estimates only, and we are not responsible for carrier delays, customs delays, or incorrect addresses once an order has shipped. Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales may be final unless otherwise stated, and custom items are non-refundable unless damaged or defective (must be reported within 5 of delivery).
